Wednesday, Febuary 20th

Buttery tart dough class

5:30 Pm - 8:30 Pm
Buttery tart dough class – Does making dough from scratch intimidate you? Come to our class and let us show you how to simply combine flour, butter, salt and water to make this very versatile tart dough that can be used for sweet and savory tarts, pies and quiches.

Hands on instruction will teach you how to make the dough which you will take home with you. We will also learn how to assemble and bake quiche. At the end of class we enjoy slices of quiche together.

  • Class includes all equipment and ingredients, recipes from the class, a bundle of dough and a rolled out dough to take home.
  • Class is good for beginners and for those with some baking knowledge.
  • Kids (over 8) and adults are welcome.
  • Space is limited to 6 people
  • Cost is $75 per person
 

 

Wednesday, March 20th

Cakes

5:30 Pm - 8:30 Pm
This class will teach you how to make a delicious cake from scratch. We will make and bake together two types of cake that showcase different techniques.

  • Class is good for beginners and for those with some baking knowledge.
  • Kids (over 8) and adults are welcome.
  • All equipment and ingredients are included. Students will receive all the recipes used in class and take home their own 6" cakes.
  • Space is limited to 6 people
  • Cost is $75 per person
 

 

Wednesday, April 17th

Cookies

5:30 Pm - 8:30 Pm
Come and learn to make cookie dough! We will focus the class on making two types of classic cookies - sugar cookies that can be rolled and cut as well as everyone's favorite chocolate chip.

Hands on instruction includes learning to make and bake the cookies as well as how to roll, cut out, and do simple decoration for sugar cookies.

Students will take home a carton of each dough they make in class, their decorated cookies and enjoy some of the freshly baked cookies that we bake together at the end of class. You will also receive a copy of all the recipes used in class.

Pie

5:30 Pm - 8:30 Pm

Do you love pie, but cringe at the thought of making your own crust becauseit just seems too daunting? Come to our class and let us show you how to simply combine flour, butter, salt and water to make a flaky and delicious crust.

Hands on instruction includes learning to make and roll pie dough, shape crust and bake a pie.

  • All equipment and ingredients are included.
  • Students will take home their dough and enjoy a slice of the pie we make together at the end of class.
  • You will also receive a copy of all the recipes used in class.
  • Kids over 8 are welcome to join with their parents - Space is - - - limited to 6 students
